Change Around Me

The change around me I wish to see,

is love and care for mother earth!

Grasses growing here and there,

Birds chirping everywhere!

I wish tall buildings cease to rise,

and there’s some place for us to play!

I wish we stopped poisoning her,

and thank her for her love so dear!

I wish sweet smell of flowers in the air,

christmas spirit joyfully there!

I wish for a park with soccer balls,

goals and happy kids galore!

What an amazing place that would be

I can proudly call it home!!
